Your privacy and security are of great importance to us, and we are pleased to inform you how we collect and use your relevant information. This document aims to help you understand the following:

This privacy agreement is in effect throughout your use of Niuinfo’s products and services or when you access Niuinfo products in other ways (except as noted in other separate privacy agreements). This policy also states that you have the right to decide whether to allow us to collect your behavioral data. If you disagree with this policy, please do not visit or use our products or services or interact with any other aspects of our business. When “Niuinfo” or “we” are mentioned in this policy, it refers to Shanghai Niuinfo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Niuinfo provides collaboration tools through products including websites, desktop products, and mobile products to help you with team collaboration and communication with others. We also own and operate multiple other websites and provide related services. The “services” referred to in this policy refer to all the aforementioned products and services.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Information
1.To help you register as our user
To use our products or services, you first need to become our registered user. To create a registered account, you need to provide us with your phone number and username. You can also choose to upload an avatar, fill in your region, personal website, birthday, and other information based on your needs. At the same time, we allow you to quickly complete registration through third-party accounts (such as WeChat, DingTalk, etc.), but you will still need to provide your phone number information later.
2.To help you create a team or enterprise
For team/enterprise users, when creating a team/enterprise, you need to provide us with your team/enterprise name, industry, and usage scale so that we can provide you with more targeted products and/or services in the future.
3.To provide you with intelligent recommendation features
To display content that is more suitable for your usage scenarios or what you need to pay attention to, we will collect and use your browsing history when you visit or use our website or client, as well as device information and service log information.
3.1 Device information: We will receive and record information related to the device you are using based on your specific operations during access and/or use, including device model, operating system version, device settings, MAC address and IMEI, IDFA, OAID, and other device identifiers, device environment, mobile app list, and other hardware and software characteristic information. We will also receive and record information related to the device’s location, including your WLAN access point, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information.
3.2 Service log information: When you visit or use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect and record your detailed usage as service logs, including browsing history, click and view records, search query records, as well as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time.
Please note that individual device information and service log information are unable to identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person or use it together with personal information, such non-personal information will be deemed as personal information during the period of combined use. Except when authorized by you or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.
3.3 Intelligent recommendation features include:

3.3.2 Through intelligent recommendations, we will push notifications to you about things worth paying attention to and remind you to handle certain important matters.

4.When you contact us for customer service assistance, to ensure the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity.
To facilitate communication with you, help solve your problem as soon as possible, or record the handling plan and results of related issues, we may save your communication records and related content with us (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave).
5.Other Additional Services Provided for You
To provide you with more convenient, better quality, and personalized products and/or services, and strive to enhance your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services we offer to you. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of our basic services, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:
5.1 Location-based recommendation services: We will access and obtain your location information after you enable the location permission, so that you can set the location for your schedule when creating it.
5.2 Camera-based additional services: After enabling the camera/camera permission, you can use this function to take photos or videos for updating your avatar, evaluation, sharing, sending picture messages, and authorized functions such as video calls and face recognition in specific scenarios. When you use this additional function for face recognition, we will collect your facial features and strictly use them within the scope authorized by you. If we plan to use your facial information to provide you with other product and/or service functions in the future, we will confirm with you again. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we will only obtain photo/video information through the camera when you actively click on the camera icon or record a video within the client.
5.3 Album (photo library/video library)-based photo/video access and upload additional services: After enabling the album permission, you can normally use this function to upload your photos/images/videos to update your avatar, upload pictures, send picture messages, make comments, etc.
5.4 Microphone-based voice technology-related additional services: After enabling the microphone permission, you can use the microphone to make voice calls or interact with other users. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click on the microphone icon or record a video within the client.
5.5 Contact information-based additional services: After you enable the contacts permission, we will collect your contacts information to make it easier for you to access the contact information in your contacts when adding members, without the need for manual input.
5.6 Calendar-based additional services: After you enable our permission to read/write your calendar, we can synchronize your calendar with the local system calendar to facilitate better management of your personal schedule.
5.7 File system-based additional services: After enabling the file system permission, you can use this function to upload your files to add attachments or store attachments locally.
5.8 Phone status-based additional services: We read your phone status to ensure the carrier network exemption service, and use it for major functions such as account login, account and usage security, to display information that may be of interest to you. When you enable this permission, we will read your device identification code or advertising identifier. Please rest assured that this permission cannot monitor or obtain any of your call content and information.
You understand and agree that the above-mentioned additional services may require you to enable access permissions for your location information, camera (camera), album (photo library/video library), microphone (voice), contacts, calendar, file system, and/or phone status in your device to achieve the collection and use of information related to these permissions. You can check the status of each of these permissions in your device settings and decide whether to enable or disable them at any time. Please note that enabling any permission represents that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it represents that you have canceled the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will also be unable to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable a permission will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.
6.Providing Security for You
To enhance the security of the services you use provided by us, our affiliated companies, and partners, protect you or other users or the public from personal and property safety risks, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and other security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or relevant agreement rules, we embed an application security SDK developed by our affiliated company in our applications to collect your device information, service log information, and may use or integrate your member information, transaction information, device information, service log information, as well as information obtained from our affiliated companies, partners with your authorization or shared in accordance with the law, to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security events, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
7.We use the information you submit and we collect for the following purposes:
7.1 To provide you with better services and personalized experiences
We use your information to provide you with services, including identifying your login location, providing appropriate user support, and how to operate and maintain our overall services. For instance, we use your name and picture (such as your avatar) provided in your account to identify you to other service users. Our services also include personalizing your experiences and customizing features to improve your efficiency in using our products. Through automated analysis and calculations, we enhance the ability and efficiency of communication and collaboration between you and others, better helping you and your team build solid and accurate relationships. We may use your email domain to infer your connection with a specific organization or industry, personalizing the content and experiences you receive on our website.
7.2 For research and development iterations
We are always looking for ways to make our services more intelligent, faster, safer, more comprehensive, and more effective to help you achieve a better user experience. Through collective learning, we understand how people use our services and continuously collect user feedback provided directly to us to help us troubleshoot issues and determine product trends, usage, activity patterns, as well as ways to integrate and improve our services. For example, during each iteration and update, we record the usage of new features and user paths to design better and more user-friendly features. In some cases, we may provide this survey data and research data to corresponding research institutions for deeper product research and academic studies.
7.3 To improve communication with users
We use your contact information to send transactional emails via email and service content, including confirming your purchases, reminding you of subscription expirations, responding to your opinions, questions, and needs, providing customer support, and sending you updates, notifications, warnings, etc. Depending on your settings, we will send you email notifications when you or others interact within the service, such as when you are mentioned in a task or added to a task.
7.4 For technical services

We will conduct rigorous security testing on the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and will agree on strict data protection measures with them, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of our service providers, except in the following cases:

You or your administrator or other service users can choose to add new features or enable applications in the service center to work. 1.Information Storage and Security
We use cloud services provided by cloud service providers to host the information we collect and employ technical measures to protect your data. Although we strive to protect your information security, due to the inherent nature of the internet, no system is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data during transmission over the internet or when stored in our systems. We will do everything possible to prevent security breaches. However, if such an event occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible within a reasonable period.
2.How Long Information Will Be Stored
The duration of information storage depends on the type of information, which will be described in detail below. Once the information reaches a certain storage period, we will delete your information or anonymize it. However, when deletion is not possible (for example, if the information is already stored in backup archives), we will securely store your information and isolate it until deletion becomes possible.
2.1 Account Information: We will retain your account information until you delete your account. We will also retain some necessary information to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, fulfill agreements, support business operations, and continue to develop and improve our services. If we need to retain this information for service improvement and product iteration, we will desensitize the data, and we will only use it for collective analysis without conducting specialized analysis on your personal data.
2.2 Information You Share on Our Services: If your account has been deactivated or suspended, some of your information and the content you provide will be retained to allow your team members or other users to fully utilize the services. For example, we will continue to display comments and content you provided in orders or tasks.
2.3 Marketing Preferences Information: If you choose to receive our marketing emails, we will retain information about your marketing preferences unless you explicitly request us to delete such information. We will retain information obtained from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period from the date of creation.

VI. Filtering and Deletion of Harmful Information
According to relevant laws, Niuinfo prohibits users from creating and storing any harmful information, including:
Information that violates the basic principles established by the Chinese Constitution;
Information that harms national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Information that promotes terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, or ethnic discrimination;
Information that undermines friendly relations between nations or regions;
Information that violates national religious policies, promotes cults or feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors or false information, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
Information that incites, organizes, or abets terrorist activities, illegal assemblies, associations, demonstrations, protests, or gatherings that disrupt social order;
Information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or abets criminal activities;
Information that infringes on the reputation, privacy, copyright, information network transmission rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others;
Content containing other elements prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
We will establish filtering and blocking mechanisms for the above information. If users fail to fulfill and comply with the provisionss of this policy when creating orders or storing files, Niuinfo has the right to close the accounts of users who violate this policy and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities against the violators according to law. In addition, after taking removal and other corresponding measures, we will not bear any breach of contract or other legal responsibilities to the original publisher.

VII. Your Rights
1.The “deletion” mentioned in this article represents marked deletion and anonymization, not physical deletion.
You can access, modify, withdraw, and delete the registration information and other personal information you provide during the use of our services. You can also contact us according to the notification guidelines. The scope and manner of your access, modification, and deletion of personal information will depend on the specific services you use.
1.1 You have the right to inquire, correct, or supplement your information. You can do this yourself in the following ways:
1.1.1 Log in to the product, enter the product home page, click on the avatar to inquire, correct personal information and related personal account information;
1.1.2 Log in to the product client, enter the personal information page, and inquire, correct or supplement information such as personal profile, personal website, and city;
1.1.3 You can also choose to contact customer service for help to assist you in inquiring, correcting, or supplementing your information.
You can delete some of your information through the methods listed in “Inquiring, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information.”
2.In the following situations, you can request the deletion of personal information by contacting customer service:
2.1 If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2.2 If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;
2.3 If our handling of personal information severely violates our agreement with you;
2.4 If you actively cancel your account.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technical limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will safely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
3.Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
You can change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information. You can grant, modify, or withdraw your authorized consent by changing the settings of your smart mobile device, etc. You can do this yourself in the following ways:

3.2 For Android devices: Settings – Apps – App Management – Niuinfo Products – Permissions.
For authorizations that you cannot directly set through the above methods, you can modify them through customer service. However, please note that for some types of personal information, such as information necessary for the basic functions of the product or information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to comply with laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization.
4.You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. Where technically feasible, such as when data interfaces match, we can also directly transmit a copy of your personal information to a third party specified by you upon your request. We will separately inform you through a pop-up window about the identity or type of the third party receiving the personal information, the purpose of sharing the data with the third party, and the scope of the data, and obtain your consent.
In certain business functions, we may process your personal information solely based on non-human automatic decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly impact your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedies accordingly.
5.You have the right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data. 6.You have the right to opt out of promotional activities. You can choose not to receive our promotional information. To do so, you can directly contact us to delete your contact information from promotional email lists or registration databases.
7.You have the right to choose to deactivate your account. You can contact customer service for assistance in applying for account deactivation through the following method:

8.After you voluntarily deactivate your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws.
9.To ensure security, you may need to provide written materials or other means to prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge certain costs depending on the situation. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or fundamental changes to existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).
10.In the following situations, we will be unable to respond to your requests as required by laws and regulations:
10.1 Directly related to national security and defense security;
10.2 Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
10.3 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
10.4 Sufficient evidence indicates that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
10.5 Responding to your request will cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
10.6 Involving trade secrets.

VIII. How We Transfer Collected Information Across Borders
Niuinfo provides services in China and overseas regions. To ensure that users can log in to servers in any service region with the same account, we will interconnect your personal account’s basic information data (including account, password, user personal information, and device information) between China and overseas regions to enhance the user experience.

IX. Business Transfer
The information collected by Niuinfo will be deemed as an asset. In the event of any of the following situations, such information may become one of the transferred assets: Niuinfo, any affiliated companies or departments merge with or are acquired by other enterprises or departments, or undergo bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or sell part or all of Niuinfo’s assets or stocks, or conduct financing, public issuance of securities, or acquire all or part of a business, or enter into other similar transactions or procedures, or undergo other procedures and steps for such activities (such as due diligence).
After the completion of the aforementioned transactions, if there is a situation where the information collected by Niuinfo is transferred, we will notify you via email and/or other methods. The acquiring party or other successors with a similar status as the acquiring party can only use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (or any subsequent policy in effect when collecting your information). Please note that the information submitted or collected after the transfer may be modified within the scope allowed by law according to the requirements of the acquiring party, and the privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

X. Other Important Privacy Policies
Our product is designed for both personal and organizational use. When services are provided to you through an organization (such as your employer), that organization is the administrator of the service and is responsible for the end-users and service sites under its control. In such cases, please submit your data privacy needs to the administrator, as your use of the service is subject to the policies of that organization. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of the administrator’s organization, which may differ from this policy. Even if the service is not currently managed by an organization, if you are a member of a team managed by an organization or if you use an email address provided by the organization (such as your work email address) to access the service, the administrator of that team or the owner of the domain associated with your organizational email address (e.g., your employer) may manage, control, and subsequently use our services for your account. You will be notified if such a situation occurs. Task owners and enterprise administrators can restrict your access and permissions to tasks, orders, and the enterprise.
In some cases, enterprise administrators may also:

2.Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service or your account;
3.Control your ability to edit, restrict, modify, or delete account information;
4.Change your account information, including personal profile information or the email address associated with your account;
5.Access information in your account;
6.Enable or disable third-party applications;
7.If you do not want the administrator to control your account or use the service, you can exit the enterprise and delete any emails containing domains owned or controlled by the administrator from your account. Once the administrator declares control over your account or the use of the service, you may not be able to change the email address associated with your account without the administrator’s approval.

The formulation, performance, and interpretation of this privacy policy are governed by Chinese law. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially when our handling of personal information has infringed upon your legitimate rights and interests, you can apply for arbitration in Shanghai to seek a solution.
